NOTHING seems to be going well for Sabah Cebagoo FC as they crashed to their heaviest defeat in the FAM League today.
The East Malaysian outfit lost 4-0 to PBAPP FC and to make matters worse, they ended the game with 10 men after Mohd Nazmeer Stuh’s sending off late on.
Head coach Razali Zinin was not a pleased man when met at the end of the game.
“It was very poor,” Razali summed up the team’s performance.
Cebagoo were again without Mohd Reithuddin Emran, Billyton Vun and Rainol Masaat and the way they crumbled in the first half showed the trio were badly missed.
Midfielder M. Prakash and Khairul Azri converted penalty kicks in the fifth and 17th minutes to give PBAPP FC a healthy 2-0 lead.
Khalis Ibrahim, who won both the spot kicks, then added his name among the scorers, to all but end the contest after just 22 minutes.
PBAPP FC continued to pile the pressure after the break and got their reward when substitute Zai Hisham stabbed home from close range just two minutes after being sent on for Amir Shahreen in the 64th minute.
With the loss, Cebagoo remain seventh on 12 points after 13 games, having won only three times while losing seven matches. PBAPP FC moved to 29 points but remained second behind leaders Penang.
Cebagoo will next face Kuantan FA away on May 19.
