HEAD coach Justin Ganai may bolster Sabah’s challenge in the President’s Cup when the transfer window opens next month.
Sabah dropped to 11th in the 18-team table after Muhammad Nazrul Kamaruzaman’s goal eight minutes from time gave Selangor a 1-0 win at the Likas Stadium yesterday.
The defeat left Sabah without a win in their last seven games that prompted Justin to look for reinforcements during the transfer window.
“We had some chances but failed to make much of it,” said a dissapointed Justin, knowing well that the lack of goals is threatening their campaign.
“Several players from the Under-19 will come in next month and hopefully it brings positive changes,” he added.
After 12 games, Sabah have 16 points from three wins and seven draws and will next face Armed Forces away on April 4.
