Rhinos going all out to win: Rahman

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah face a daunting task in their FA Cup quarter-final 2nd leg match at Kangar Stadium against last season's runners-up Perlis come May 29.

In the 1st leg encounter against Perlis at Stadium Likas Tuesday night, Sabah could only muster a 2-2 draw. Sabah team manager, Rahman Zakaria, said his boys will be going all out to get a Rhinos win against Perlis and in the process make it to the semis.

"Although our opponents have the advantage of playing on home turf, we won't be deterred and will be going all out to win" he told Bernama here Wednesday.

Rahman said Sabah will be fielding their best eleven in the do-or-die match.

"We must win the upcoming match, the number of goals scored does not matter.

"With our commitment and high expectations, I am confident our players will do their best," he said.

According to Rahman, the team will continue their regular training regime and attempt to sharpen their offence in order to get the goals.

Rahman hopes the deadly finishing of Charles Obi, Prince Guy Ative and Hardy Charles Parsi will see them through. - Bernama
